The South Africa USA Chamber of Commerce, (SAUSACC) is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale Florida. A board of experienced South African and American business professionals runs the Chamber. Our growing membership consists of a diversified base, ranging from individual members to small business members, as well as large corporate members.

Our primary goal is to encourage trade, joint ventures and investment between the two Countries. We serve to assist business owners and entrepreneurs on both continents, to explore the vast array of business opportunities, take advantage of these opportunities, and, with our assistance, smooth out the transition and increase the odds of success and profitability.

There is an ever-increasing foreign business presence in South Africa. I believe that people are only beginning to realize the enormous potential of establishing business ties with South Africa, as we expand and compete in a global economy.

I see the Chamber as a dynamic forum, for the sharing of ideas, thoughts and opportunities, as well as playing a vital role in contributing to broader issues, understanding and education. In addition, I see the Chamber co-operating with regard to community needs, especially in the area of health and welfare.

We are at present in the process of setting up four committees. These committees will be dedicated to expanding our membership, sharing information, handling business inquiries and organizing events. I am confident that we will at least double our membership this year and be able to efficiently assist all inquiries.

My goals for this year include setting up of at least one trade mission to South Africa. Establishing authorized SAUSA Chapters in other States across the USA. Working closely with United States and South African authorities at solving problems that inhibit trade and investment due to lack of knowledge and understanding. In addition, I would like to see the SAUSACC serving as a successful model for other Bi-National Chambers of Commerce here in the USA.

Going forward, I am absolutely dedicated to the future success of the Chamber and it's members, and strongly encourage people from all different walks of life, to come and learn, share thoughts and ideas and contribute to our success - I believe, the more you put in the more you will get out!
